Our commitments

• Parent owned accounts. Every account belongs to an adult aged 18 or over. Children access the platform only through a profile inside their parent's account.
• Data minimisation. Child profiles hold only a first name, an age band and a playing position. We do not collect a child's surname, date of birth, email address or photograph.
• No advertising to children. We never show behavioural advertising and we never sell personal data.
• No private messaging. There are no direct messages between members. Community features, where offered, pre-moderate any content posted from a child profile.
• High privacy by default. Settings default to the most protective option, in line with the ICO Age Appropriate Design Code.

How we respond to a concern

• We acknowledge every report promptly and treat it in confidence.
• We assess the concern and, where a child may be at risk, refer it to the appropriate agency without delay.
• We keep a secure record of concerns and the action taken.

Content standards

All coaching content is created or reviewed by our team and is age appropriate. We do not host user uploaded video. Downloadable resources are training materials only.
