Terms of Service

The agreement in plain English.

These terms set out the deal between you and FootballIntel. We have kept them clear and free of dark patterns.

1. Who can use FootballIntel

You must be aged 18 or over to create an account. Accounts are for parents and guardians, who may set up profiles for the children in their care. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.

2. Your subscription

FootballIntel is a subscription service offered on Foundation, Pro and Elite plans, billed monthly or annually. Prices are shown on the pricing page. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

3. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your account in two clicks. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. Where the law gives you a right to a refund, we will honour it.

4. Acceptable use

  • Use the service for your family's own development only.
  • Do not share your login, download and redistribute videos, or attempt to bypass access controls.
  • Do not upload unlawful, harmful or abusive content anywhere on the platform.

5. Our content

All lessons, resources and materials are owned by FootballIntel or our contributors and are provided for your personal, non commercial use. We grant you a limited licence to access them while your subscription is active. Coaching content is educational and is not a guarantee of any sporting outcome.

6. Availability

We work hard to keep the service running smoothly but we cannot promise it will always be available or error free. We may update, improve or change features over time.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the issue arose.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will let you know by email or in the app before it takes effect.
